PhalBack: Our Story
PhalBack’s story begins with our founder, Jeff Lewis, and a grim diagnosis of prostate cancer. While medicine has fortunately advanced significantly in the treatment of prostate cancer, the impact of such a diagnosis on patients remains life-altering. Following complete removal of his prostate, Jeff began to experience many of the expected side effects, including decreased penis size.
For years, the accepted solution for such concerns has been pumps ordered online. However, these “solutions” tend not to solve much at all. Available options are poorly designed, uncomfortable, and make achieving any sort of desirable result all but impossible. After a frustrating and rather painful period of use, Jeff realized that significant modifications would be required if the device were to be at all effective. Fortunately, with a background as an engineer and machinist, he had the perfect skillset to make those modifications happen.
After months of trial and error and the development of several prototypes, Jeff ultimately landed on a design that was not only easy to use, but that was also delivering exceptional results. PhalBack was born.

In order to achieve both, PhalBack’s system comes equipped with not only a screen that provides real-time session data, it also displays a unique QR code that can be scanned to access historical data as well. Not only that, but the QR code changes with every use, making it impossible for anyone to scan or photograph the code and later access private user data.
Protect User Identity
Beyond our unique QR codes, PhalBack takes customer privacy a step further by only identifying users by account numbers. We have access to your results but not your personal information. Our billing provider, on the other hand, has access to contact information but not user results. Keeping these separate is just another safeguard we’ve put in place to ensure that the only person who will ever know your history with our product is you.
